Shipping & Handling/ Shipping and Returns
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. That means that the package will be shipped within 48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. Please call our number 641-233-1900 to make sure that item you want is in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.  The day your package is shipped does not count as a shipping day, nor do weekends. The shipment sent on Friday via Overnight will arrive Monday. A shipment sent 2-Day Air on Friday would arrive Tuesday. There is 6% tax added to your order sold to Iowa. We use FedEx for your shipping.

EASY RETURN POLICY
If I don't like it will my money be refunded?
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from Mt. Everest Emp, you may return any merchandise you find unsatisfactory within 30 days.
Merchandise received after 30 days may only be exchanged if defective. If an exact replacement is not available, an appropriate substitute may be selected. Shipping and gift-wrap fees are not refundable. Simply mail any item you're not happy with to the address listed below: Sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted.
